RFI for Asset Management Software

The buyer seeks information regarding light and power asset management software solutions to gain insights and analytics for its asset inventory. The requested scope includes conducting market research and gathering preliminary budget pricing for software capable of providing asset inventory counts from the utility's ArcGIS model, determining current replacement values, displaying dashboard views, and working within the software ecosystem. Additionally, the software must allow users to toggle between age, condition, qualitative subject matter expert input, and other health indicators to generate aggregate asset health scores. Performance of the work may occur onsite or offsite. To participate, eligible vendors must be onshore Canada organizations and must pay and register on the tendering authority's website to access unwatermarked documents.
