Managed Quality Management System

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a managed quality management system over a two-year contract period. The selected vendor must develop an organization quality manual that defines document types, document review periods, and document control processes. Additionally, the vendor must establish a shared central repository for all documents, train agency executives on the updated system, and build a log of opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cross-organisational policies and processes. To qualify, the bidder must be an onshore, Ireland-only organization. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer has not specified a set budget and is looking for proposals. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
