Subscription Conversion and Trade-In

The buyer requires a vendor to perform a subscription conversion and trade-in process offsite. The selected vendor must convert network licenses to subscription-based licensing, which entails trading in the buyer's current perpetual and network licenses and purchasing two years of subscription access upfront. The vendor's proposal must include itemized subscription pricing, trade-in credits, onboarding fees, and renewal terms. To eligible for consideration, the vendor must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
