SCADA System Configuration and Updates Services

The City requires a vendor to provide SCADA system configuration and updates services. The selected contractor will configure, repair, update, and upgrade infrastructure, radio networks, and the firmware and software of city programmable logic controllers, managed network switches, and Multilin power monitoring and motor protection devices. Work will occur both onsite and offsite. To qualify, applicants must be onshore USA organizations. The City requests proposals for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online portal. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than September 25, 2026.
