The buyer seeks an EV charging network management software platform to support the operation, monitoring, and administration of its expanding public and fleet EV charging infrastructure. The buyer requires a secure, reliable, and scalable offsite solution that includes remote monitoring and diagnostics, user and access management, reporting and analytics, payment and billing integration, firmware management, and interoperability with existing and future charging infrastructure.
