Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Service

The Alberta government authority requires a vendor to provide a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service. The successful bidder must supply all hardware and software licenses, integrate the solution, train the Help Desk, and manage the service post-implementation. The solution must leverage existing Good Samaritan licensing, consolidate technologies, provide a mechanism to return data at contract end, and cover capabilities such as Mobile Threat Defense, endpoint prevention, and real-time security alerting. Additionally, the vendor must supply a staged Work Breakdown Structure, develop a Cyber Incident Response Plan, and conduct a tabletop exercise. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore qualify for this offsite work.
