Cloud-Based Digital Evidence Management System

The buyer requires a cloud-based digital evidence management system (DEMS) to securely collect, store, search, redact, retain, and disseminate digital video evidence captured from its CCTV network. The system must support video file upload speeds up to one gigabyte per second, confirm successful uploads, and allow authorized users to manage access permissions. It must also feature direct video redaction with individual auto-tracking that preserves date and time stamp metadata, support direct request processing, and offer customizable workflows and approvals. To qualify, the bidder must be a Canadian organization, and all work will occur offsite. Vendors may submit responses digitally by email or online, and the buyer requests proposal pricing rather than stating a set budget. Bidders must submit all questions by October 2, 2026. The resulting contract period will last for five years.
