Sharepoint Pilot Migration and Microsoft 365 Information Governance Services

The Agency seeks a vendor to provide SharePoint pilot migration and Microsoft 365 information governance services for a one-year contract period. The contractor must perform discovery and assessment across network file shares, Laserfiche, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. Responsibilities include modernizing information governance, assessing and rationalizing content, creating a governance operating model, executing a SharePoint Online pilot migration, and developing a future-state roadmap aligned with an ERP transformation. Additionally, the contractor must design, configure, and implement an information governance framework using Microsoft Purview and existing Microsoft 365 E5 licensing. Specific activities include information classification, sensitivity labeling, auto-labeling, Data Loss Prevention policies, retention schedule mapping, and disposition process design. To participate, vendors must operate onshore within Canada. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, as the Agency seeks proposal responses to determine the budget.
