Website Redesign and Rebuild Services

Resolve requires a vendor to provide comprehensive website redesign and rebuild services. The requested scope includes establishing consolidated navigation, ensuring accessibility features such as keyboard navigation and proper alt text, and providing a quick-exit safety button. The buyer also requires a visible crisis support pathway, a prominent intake form, broken link resolution, bilingual English and French support, and visual design aligned with a trauma-informed mental health context. The vendor must deliver a mobile-optimized site, ensure consistent visual hierarchy and call-to-action buttons, and migrate the completed site from staging to a live environment. Vendors will perform all work offsite at their own office premises. Eligibility is restricted exclusively to onshore Canadian organizations. Resolve is actively seeking proposals to determine the budget and requires vendors to detail their technical approach and costs for the bilingual functionality.
