Indonesia - Data Repository System

The buyer requires a contractor to design, develop, implement, deploy, and support a new standalone web-based data repository and analytics platform. This system must integrate with the existing National Waste Management Information System through agreed API mechanisms. The requested scope includes developing user and access management, data management and integration, dashboard and analytics features, a citizen science module, and system infrastructure and security. Specifically, the contractor must deliver capabilities for data ingestion, ETL processes, metadata management, file import/export, interactive reporting, community waste monitoring forms, secure database management, and scalable architecture. Only Indonesian organizations operating onshore are eligible for this opportunity. The contractor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
