Cloud-Based Contract and Leasing Management Solution

The buyer seeks a vendor to supply, configure, and implement a commercial off-the-shelf, cloud-based Contract and Leasing Management Solution. The vendor must deliver full project management, solution design, documentation, post-implementation support, data migration from legacy sources, and system configuration to support contract, lease, property, and space management processes. Additional requirements include setting up user roles, workflows, reports, and dashboards; assisting with testing and integrations with SAP, GIS, and other municipal systems; and providing post-implementation stabilization. To be eligible, vendors must operate onshore within Canada. The buyer requires all work performance to occur offsite. The buyer expects proposals to define the budget for this project. Bidders must submit any questions no later than September 25, 2026. The contract period will last for one year, and bidders can submit their responses digitally through email or online.
