Governance, Risk and Compliance Platform Replacement Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide governance, risk, and compliance platform replacement services. The selected vendor must transition the Governance, Risk and Compliance M7 platform to a new tool. The required scope includes developing foundational elements of a holistic risk management program, advising on an implementation roadmap and maturity assessment, conducting a configuration review of six applications, and assisting with implementation activities like development, configuration, and user acceptance testing support. Additionally, the vendor must advise on system governance for managing changes to library data, MetricStream functionality, and user access, while detailing how their solution utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI). Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations. The contractor will perform all work offsite. The buyer requires bidders to submit budget proposals within their submissions. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
