PeopleSoft Application

The buyer seeks vendors to provide PeopleSoft application consultant positions to assist with projects over a five-year period supporting PeopleSoft and Oracle Taleo applications. Requested scope includes PeopleSoft Human Capital Management version 9.2, PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2, and Oracle Taleo for Recruiting. Specifically, the buyer requires PeopleSoft Developers to build and test objects, interfaces, and reports; PeopleSoft Administrators to install, configure, upgrade, support applications, and maintain documentation; and Taleo Functional Analysts to lead Fit/Gap analysis, create documentation and training materials, and design, configure, and test modules or integrated products. To qualify, candidates must be onshore USA organizations, and the vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and has not provided specific budget figures.
