RFI for Global Talent Acquisition System

The buyer seeks information on a global talent acquisition system to improve applicant experiences, reduce manual entry, accommodate country-specific hiring processes, and deliver comprehensive workflow management and reporting throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The requested solution must be native to, certified for, or capable of integrating with PeopleSoft HCM. Vendors must describe their deployment models for a federal customer, configuration versus custom development capabilities, public-facing candidate portals, external system data integration, and any machine learning or generative artificial intelligence features. To qualify, vendors must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires all performance of the work to take place offsite.
