ERP Migration Implementation Support and Advisory Solution

The buyer requires an ERP migration implementation support and advisory solution to improve project accountability, manage implementation risks, and strengthen data conversion, testing, payroll validation, and readiness processes. The buyer expects the vendor to execute this work without duplicating routine project management functions already contracted through Tyler Technologies. Requested services include an initial project health assessment, independent project oversight, evaluation of change orders, and data conversion reviews. Additionally, the vendor must provide advisory services across Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Self-Service, Data Conversion, Interfaces and Integrations, and Security and Roles, with a one-year option for post-implementation support. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor must perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
