On-Call Creative Services

The buyer requires on-call creative services from graphic design consultants or firms and photographers. The selected graphic design vendors must provide creative design, promotional material development, production management, concept development, and design execution for print and digital platforms such as the City's website, mobile applications, and social media. Photographers must capture candid and art-directed photos for print and digital media, including websites, social media, publications, and advertisements. Eligible photographers must possess experience in portrait, event, and commercial photography, preferably for a municipality or government agency. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations only, and vendors will perform the work offsite. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 21, 2026.
