Estonia - Website, Mobile App and Digital Communications Partner Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide website, mobile app, and digital communications partner services to modernize its web presence and consolidate publishing, mobile communications, and mass notifications into a single platform. The selected partner must deliver multi-school website hosting, content management system (CMS) tools, content migration, native iOS and Android mobile apps, and a centralized publishing platform. Additionally, the scope encompasses mass notifications, social media coordination, alerts, support, training, and integration for calendars, athletics, staff directories, forms, documents, menus, and Student Information Systems (SIS).
