Employee Benefits Broker Partner Service

The scope of work includes plan design consultation for alternative funding options, annual renewal negotiations, competitive market comparisons, open enrollment support, compliance guidance, wellness resource strategies, and a named account team with published response time standards. Work performance will occur both offsite and onsite. The buyer requires full written disclosure of all broker compensation—including commissions, fees, and carrier incentives—and a willingness to include the fee structure in the contract.
