Third Party Administrator for Workers Compensation Service

The City requires a third-party administrator for its workers' compensation service across a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must provide claims administration by reviewing all employee personal injury, sickness, or disease claims arising from employment. Additionally, the administrator must run a medical management program, demonstrating knowledge of Yuma medical providers, their specialties, services, and preferred providers that accept workers' compensation claims. The vendor must also assist the City with return-to-work or reassignment policies and procedures that align with a claimant's medical condition. Eligibility requires the vendor to be a onshore, USA organization, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The City is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 24, 2026.
