Veterinary and Onboarding Services

The government authority in the Virgin Islands requires a vendor to provide veterinary and onboarding services for agency canines. The vendor must examine, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and fulfill the healthcare needs of the canines at the provider's location, accompanied by K-9 Handlers. Scope requirements include comprehensive annual physicals, routine medical care, vaccinations, dental exams, lab tests, blood work, x-rays, medication, and boarding services. The provider must offer 24/7 emergency veterinary services and a 24/7 emergency consultation telephone number. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. All services must be rendered by a licensed, board-certified veterinary medical professional, and bidders must submit verification of licensure showing the name, license number, status, original issue date, and expiration date. Work occurs both onsite and offsite, and the buyer is seeking proposals for the budget. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and they must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026.
