The government authority in Topeka, KS requires a concessionaire to operate and maintain a marina concession for public use over a three-year contract period. The selected vendor must provide marina store sales, supplies, food, fishing equipment, bait, fuel service, alcoholic beverages, boat slip rentals, storage services, and recreational equipment rentals.
