Community Input and Planning Services

The government authority in San Diego, CA seeks a vendor to provide community input and planning services supporting its Behavioral Health Services (BHS) community engagement and behavioral health planning activities. The contractor will support the Behavioral Health Services Act Community Planning Process, align with the agency's Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan, and facilitate cross-system planning efforts. Requested duties include establishing, recruiting, organizing, and facilitating Community Planning Committees (CPCs) and recurring engagement activities, particularly for individuals and families with lived behavioral health experience. The vendor will gather, document, summarize, and report stakeholder feedback to the agency, while supporting community awareness of behavioral health services, access pathways, and planning efforts. Eligible bidders must be US organizations, and the contractor will perform all work onsite. The buyer is looking for proposals, and the resulting contract period will run for one year.
