RFI for Health Care Coalitions Solution

The buyer, a Honolulu-based government authority, seeks a health care coalitions solution to support a comprehensive network of hospitals, emergency medical services, long-term care facilities, and various disaster response partners. The requested scope includes coordinating, mobilizing, and directing statewide health, medical, and mortuary responses during disasters. Additionally, the solution must support local public health needs assessments, monitor and control public health threats through surveillance, and deliver rapid hazard detection, analytical testing, data reporting, investigative support, and laboratory networking. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors located within the USA. The selected vendor will perform the contract work through a combination of onsite and offsite performance over a one-year contract period.
