Comprehensive Pharmacy Services

The government authority in Niagara Region, ON requires a vendor to provide comprehensive pharmacy services for adults aged 18 and older who live in agency 24-hour residential and supported living programs. The requested scope includes prescription processing, dispensing, delivery, medication packaging, medication management, and clinical pharmacy services. The vendor must also provide on-site pharmacist support, staff education, emergency and after-hours services, inventory and controlled substance management, compounded medications, privacy management, and medication administration record reporting.
