Family to Family Support Services

The government authority in Carson City, Nevada, seeks a USA-based vendor to provide individualized, goal-directed family and youth peer support services to eligible caregivers and youth. The contractor must align services with a person-centered plan of care while supporting caregiver and youth wellness, self-care, self-determination, and personal leadership skills. The vendor must implement self-care and wellness practices to prevent burnout and compassion fatigue among its peer support staff. Work performance will occur onsite or offsite over a four-year contract period. To qualify, the contractor must be an onshore USA organization. The contractor must deliver all services in full compliance with federal, state, and local Medicaid requirements. The vendor must bill Medicaid under Provider Type 97, strictly following billing codes, modifiers, unit definitions, prior authorization thresholds, and claim submission standards.
