RFI for Mediation Services

The agency requires a vendor to provide mediation services in Tallahassee, Florida, to address workload increases resulting from natural and other disasters. To prepare for unexpected surges in requests, the agency envisions establishing a pool of qualified professional mediators to augment its existing non-adversarial mediation program. These external mediators will handle insurance claims disputes following disaster-related property damage when the case volume exceeds the capacity of agency mediators. The agency seeks information from vendors describing their proposed service delivery, the capacity of their mediator pool, proposed costs, and any additional relevant information. Eligible respondents must be US organizations, and the work requires onsite performance. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 1, 2026. The agency is looking for proposal costs within the vendor submissions.
