Insurance Claims Adjusting Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide insurance claims adjusting services. The scope includes maintaining an after-hours response phone line, establishing 24/7 emergency response protocols for catastrophic events, triaging incoming public or internal claims, and reviewing claims for compliance with municipal bylaws, policies, and standard operating procedures.
