School Health Services Support Services

The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) seeks a contractor to deliver offsite School Health Services (SHS) support services. Scope requirements include maintaining an online cost reporting system, executing annual cost reconciliations, creating annual cost settlement reports, publishing a program manual and newsletter, and delivering required annual, refresher, and quarterly system training sessions. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations that satisfy all mandatory qualifications. Responses may be submitted digitally via email or online, and budget details are subject to submitted proposals. An evaluation committee will score mandatory qualifications on a Met/Not Met basis, conduct a value analysis comparing technical quality against price, and award the contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal is deemed the most advantageous.
