The Mid-America Regional Council seeks qualified persons or firms to supply pre-hospital medical supplies and provide large-volume member warehousing for Mid-America Regional Council Emergency Rescue (MARCER) participants in Missouri. The contractor must manage vendor-held inventory arrangements for larger emergency medical services agencies, apply a three percent administrative fee to all invoices, report quarterly sales, and remit those collected fees back to the agency.
