Fresh Produce Service

The Colorado Department of Corrections needs a vendor to provide fresh produce to supply its correctional facility kitchens located in Colorado Springs and across various warehouse locations in Colorado. Bidders must deliver properly labeled, date-coded food products that meet current USDA standards, with all pricing all-inclusive and firm for the one-year term. Eligibility requires vendors to perform work onshore within the USA, disclose services performed outside of Colorado or the United States, and register to do business in Colorado. Interested bidders must complete and return Exhibit A through Exhibit G, Attachment 1, and Exhibit D-Price Quote, while submitting product brand names, nutritionals, and specifications with their proposal. All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
