The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs seeks a qualified onshore USA vendor to provide onsite catering services for approximately 60 attendees at the DLCA Boards & Commissions Conference at My Brother’s Workshop in St. Thomas, VI. The contractor must prepare, deliver, set up, serve, replenish, and clean up a light breakfast upon arrival and a full buffet-style lunch promptly at 12:30 p.m. The requested light breakfast includes pastries, seasonal fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, bottled water, and condiments. The buffet lunch must feature chicken or roasted turkey, fish, a separately prepared vegan entrée, baked macaroni and cheese, rice, potatoes, vegetables, garden salad, rolls, desserts, and beverages. Vendors must supply all necessary service staff, equipment, utensils, paper goods, table coverings, and food warmers. Interested applicants must submit an itemized cost proposal based on the 60-person estimate that breaks down costs for breakfast, lunch, beverages, staffing, delivery, setup, cleanup, equipment, and service charges, alongside a proposed final menu.
