AI Chatbot Supported Kiosks Supplies and Service

The County of Kane seeks competitive sealed bids for the purchase of two self-service customer pedestal commercial-grade kiosks featuring multi-language AI chatbot support. The required scope includes commercial-grade touchscreen kiosks, an AI-powered avatar assistant for guided service flows and e-filing assistance, a cloud-based content management system, an analytics dashboard, and a kiosk application for court records, forms, wayfinding, FAQs, and payments via integration with existing portals. Eligible bidders are onshore USA organizations that are qualified and authorized vendors.
