Articulate 360 AI Licenses Services

The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, needs an open-end contract for Articulate 360 AI team licenses services or equal. The requested scope includes offsite performance for both renewal and new licenses, and the vendor must allow all data to remain exclusive state property. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the awarded vendor must be registered with the West Virginia State Purchasing Division and compliant with state agencies.
