Radio Infrastructure Solution

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a radio infrastructure solution that improves system survivability and maintainability while enhancing performance and coverage gaps within a city landfill site. The solution must deliver reliable on-street radio coverage to existing mobile and portable radios, avoid forced replacement of handheld and vehicle-mounted devices, and utilize existing spectrum allocations without requiring additional spectrum. The vendor must utilize current, supportable, and regulatory-compliant radio technology that upgrades the solution cost-effectively and supports currently available backhaul technologies such as fiber and IP leased data circuits. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only, and the vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises.
