Journals Publishing Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide journals publishing services, including systemwide access to a comprehensive portfolio of peer-reviewed scientific journals and scholarly content. The selected vendor must deliver continuous access to current and archival content, platform hosting, technical support, usage reporting, and integration with library discovery tools across physics, engineering, environmental science, and other interdisciplinary fields. Only United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity, and all work will be performed offsite. Eligible applicants must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently seeking budget proposals for a four-year contract term.
