Protestant Religious Service

The Warren Correctional Institution in Lebanon, Ohio requires a vendor to provide Protestant religious services for up to 32 hours per week. Scope of work includes conducting weekly religious programming and study classes, supervising volunteers, distributing literature, providing general pastoral care, facilitating bedside and funeral web viewings, and attending a mandatory annual meeting. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations, and performance of the work must occur onsite for a contract term of 12 months. Offerors must register in the OhioBuys Supplier Portal and submit all required documentation and bids through OhioBuys by October 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET.
