Training Conference Services

The Commission on VASAP requires a venue to provide training conference services in Virginia for an annual event scheduled for August 3–5, 2027. Requested services include lodging, meals, and breaks at state per-diem rates for up to 150 participants, alongside a classroom-style general meeting space, two breakout rooms, registration and storage areas, exhibit tables, and audio-visual equipment. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and proposals will only be accepted directly from the venue rather than third parties. Vendors must submit proposals as an attachment through the eVA system by November 21, 2026, at 3:30 AM UTC+5:30, including itemized pricing and the total proposal cost entered into the line item section.
