Travel Demand Model Update Service

The Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (AAMPO) requires a consultant team to provide Travel Demand Model (TDM) update on-call services for its study area in Texas. Scope requirements include preparing a project management plan, identifying methodologies for demographics, assisting staff with coding roadway and transit networks, updating destination choice distribution models, collecting parking cost and usage data, supporting air quality conformity testing, and providing scenario planning support. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Proposals must be submitted via email as a single PDF under 10 MB to [email protected] by 12:00 p.m. CST on November 12, 2026, and written questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CDT on October 14, 2026. Submittals must include a Cover Letter, Study Methodology Section, Key Personnel experience, Management Plan, Attachment A Debarment Certification, and Attachment B Conflict of Interest Questionnaire. Evaluators will score proposals using criteria that weigh key personnel qualifications (30%), understanding of scope work requirements (25%), project methodology and management plan (25%), and the firm's previous related work experience within the past five years (20%). The total budget for this project is $350,000.
