Uniform Rental Services

The City of Rome, Georgia's Transit Department is soliciting bids for Invocation for Bid #040-26 to provide uniform rental services on a routine and continuous basis. The requested scope requires the vendor to supply breathable/performance polo shirts, black workwear pants, and black workwear shorts. Performance of the work will take place onsite, and eligibility is restricted to US onshore organizations. Bidders can obtain bid documents by logging onto the City of Rome's BidNet Direct website, and digital submissions are accepted via email or online. All pre-submittal inquiries must be submitted through the BidNet Direct platform no later than October 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., while the final bid submission deadline is November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. The resulting contract term is three years with firm pricing, though up to two optional one-year renewals may be requested with price increases capped at three percent per period. Bidders must submit an all-inclusive pricing schedule covering all labor, garments, logo application, fitting, and related fees. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make an award in its best interest.
