RFI for Solid Waste Collection, Recycling and Disposal Services

The NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program and the Lead State of North Carolina seek information from qualified suppliers to help design a future multi-state cooperative solicitation. The buyer needs feedback on scope, category structure, regional approach, pricing considerations, and public cooperative contracting to inform a new portfolio for solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services. The intended scope includes routine facility solid waste, hazardous waste, medical waste, electronics recycling, facility decommissioning, abatement project waste, emergency response, and specialty streams for public entities. Eligible responders include onshore US organizations, and partial responses are accepted from firms offering single service lines or regional coverage. Responders must email completed RFI documents to Josh Descoteaux at [email protected] by Friday, October 30, 2026, without including marketing materials or pricing proposals. This RFI is for research only, so submissions will not be evaluated, awarded contracts, or reimbursed for costs.
