Water Improvements Services

The City of DeLand seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified onshore USA contractors for the 2024 Downtown South Water Main Improvements-East Phase. The requested scope includes installing open-cut PVC pipes, horizontal directional drilling HDPE pipes, valves, wet taps, fire hydrant assemblies, service pipes, casing, pavement repairs, surface restoration, and appurtenances along specified streets in DeLand, Florida. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Interested contractors must submit their bids by November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, and a non-mandatory pre-bid conference will occur on October 26, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Utilities Administration Building in DeLand, Florida.
