Water Production Well Facilities Project Services

The City of Dunedin requires a vendor to construct a new raw water well facility and perform water production well facilities project services. The requested scope includes installing a submersible well pump and motor, vertical column discharge piping, above and below grade mechanical piping, valves, meters, fittings, and connecting to the existing raw water main. Additional required work encompasses cast-in-place concrete, chain-link fencing and gates, electrical equipment and panels, site clearing and grubbing, site restoration, tree protection, concrete repair, and erosion and sediment control measures. Eligible bidders include USA-only onshore organizations. Vendors must submit their eBid proposals electronically via DemandStar by November 18, 2026, at 1:30 PM EST. The City of Dunedin will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Dunedin City Hall.
