Structures Demolition Services

The City of Litchfield, Illinois seeks sealed bids for the demolition of five residential dwelling structures and the restoration of the grounds. The designated project sites include 414 S Walnut St, 909 S Walnut St, 1425 N Madison, 410 N Jackson St, and 314 E Ryder St. Eligibility is restricted to US onshore organizations. Contractors must pay prevailing wage rates and comply with the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. Applicants must submit sealed bids to Kerry Hopkins at 120 E.
