The City of Rochester, New York, seeks qualified onshore US individuals or organizations to produce, manage, and execute the Frederick Douglass HBCU Classic Weekend of Hope. Scope responsibilities include event development, site and team management, marketing, graphic design, ticket sales, administrative coordination, and securing sponsorship underwriting to cover event expenses. Interested parties must submit all questions by October 21, 2026. A Review Committee will evaluate proposals based on demonstrated competence, qualification, and adherence to the submission guidelines in Appendix A, B, and C.
