Real Estate Appraiser Services

The City of Imperial, California, requires a California-licensed real estate appraiser to provide commercial appraisal services. Scope of work includes estimating replacement costs, analyzing physical deterioration and obsolescence, reviewing zoning and encumbrances, identifying public safety improvements, and determining property market value in its current condition. Eligibility is limited to onshore, US-based organizations. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email, online, or physically to the Office of the City Manager in Imperial, CA, by 5:00 PM Local Time on October 29, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026. Submittals must remain valid for 90 calendar days and include license information, general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and proposal pricing. The city will evaluate submissions based on multiple factors to select the most qualified firm.
