Procurment of Food Service Equipment for Fort Campbell

The Defense Logistics Agency needs a contractor to perform a turnkey replacement and disposal of an existing walk-in freezer at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The requested scope includes decommissioning, removing, and disposing of the old unit, as well as delivering, rigging, anchoring, connecting, and commissioning one new Polar King Model M1212 outdoor freezer. The contractor must also train facility staff and provide operation manuals, warranty packages, and EPA disposal manifests. Interested parties must perform a site visit and contact the DLA point of contact to express interest. Contractor personnel must obtain valid Fort Campbell visitor badges with Real ID compliant identification to gain base access. On-site work must be completed within five consecutive business days following physical equipment delivery, during standard hours of 0730 to 1600, Monday through Friday.
