The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support (WSS) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. NAVSUP WSS needs information to identify qualified businesses capable of designing, producing, and delivering piece part components or entire assemblies using additive manufacturing (AM) methods. The RFI also seeks industry feedback on evaluation criteria and contracting structures, such as performance-based incentives under Firm-Fixed-Price contracts, for potential future competitive awards. Eligible qualified businesses include large and small businesses, such as 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB entities. Interested vendors must submit their information in PDF format via email by October 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Submissions must include administrative details, additive manufacturing capabilities and subcontracting plans, information on facilities, equipment, and certifications, past performance examples, and vendor listing preferences. This RFI is strictly for market research and will not result in a contract award.
