NASA’s Johnson Space Center intends to award a sole-source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification under contract 80JSC023DA007 to Odyssey Space Research, LLC. The requested scope provides engineering support services, including research, analysis, design, development, integration, verification, test, evaluation, modeling, simulation, and operations support. These services support Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C), system engineering, and rendezvous proximity operations and capture (RPOC) activities for agency missions. The modification increases the total contract ceiling by $50,000,000, raising it from $48,000,000 to $98,000,000, while the period of performance remains unchanged through January 31, 2028. Although NASA intends to negotiate solely with Odyssey Space Research, LLC, other responsible sources may submit an exception establishing a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. Capability statements must include points of contact, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and detailed technical capabilities meeting the agency's requirements. Submissions must be sent via email only as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to David Thacker and Irelita Jones within 15 calendar days of the synopsis posting by 5:00 PM CDT. NASA will evaluate capabilities solely to determine whether to conduct the acquisition competitively.
