Comprehensive School Safety and Security Audit, Emergency Preparedness and Support Services

The Town of Stratford, Connecticut, seeks a vendor to perform a comprehensive school safety and security audit, emergency preparedness, and support services. The selected vendor must evaluate All-Hazard and Emergency Operations Plans, review facility records and security documentation, conduct on-site facility assessments, and create a districtwide visual summary comparing buildings and key assessment indicators. Additional required scope includes administering custom, multilingual stakeholder surveys and engaging groups such as students, staff, families, administrators, and security personnel. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. Vendors must submit a detailed project work plan, identify the project manager and all fieldwork personnel, and outline the supported survey languages and accessibility features. Applicants can submit responses digitally via email or online for a one-year contract term. The buyer will hold a pre-bid meeting on October 29, 2026, and requires all questions by November 5, 2026. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget.
