Career Accelerator Program Administration Services

OWS requires career accelerator program administration services for the Connecticut Career Accelerator Program, an initiative designed to support learners pursuing credentials and workforce training through Outcomes-Based Loans. The requested scope includes providing a Program Manager to oversee implementation, engaging selected training providers, and providing loan origination and servicing. Eligible respondents must be onshore, USA-based organizations, and any servicer or engaged subcontractor must be licensed or exempt under relevant Connecticut statutes. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online to the Agency Official Contact by November 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, and no submissions sent via CTSource will be considered. A pre-bid meeting occurs on October 27, 2026, and all questions are due by November 2, 2026.
